How many hours do insomniacs sleep?
This varies from person to person. Everyone sleeps differently on a different night. If I take my sleep, I sleep some nights for 8 hours, some nights for 6 hours but, I always make sure to sleep at least 6 hours a day.
The recommended sleep hours for an adult are 6 to 9 hours per night. Some people have fewer hours of sleep but, they are okay with it.
You can decide how many hours of sleep you want. But I don’t recommend going to below 5 hours a night.
In the case of the insomniac, they all face very hard to fall asleep. So many of them don’t get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. I know some of my friends don’t even get at least 4 hours of sleep at night.10% OFF On The Best Sleep Tracker

This is the main problem that we can see in insomniac people. In the beginning, they lose sleep because of insomnia.
When they realize they have insomnia, then most of them start to worry about it. From there, they lose their sleep because of the worry.
