How many hours do insomniacs sleep?

This varies from person to person. Everyone sleeps differently on a different night. If I take my sleep, I sleep some nights for 8 hours, some nights for 6 hours but, I always make sure to sleep at least 6 hours a day.

The recommended sleep hours for an adult are 6 to 9 hours per night. Some people have fewer hours of sleep but, they are okay with it.

You can decide how many hours of sleep you want. But I don’t recommend going to below 5 hours a night.

In the case of the insomniac, they all face very hard to fall asleep. So many of them don’t get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. I know some of my friends don’t even get at least 4 hours of sleep at night.

You have to be more active and energetic in the daytime. If so, you can achieve anything you want and need. Otherwise, you can’t.

Lack of sleep or difficulty falling asleep at night is the main causes of sleepiness in the daytime. So you have to take action to regulate your sleep time.

Many people don’t take sleep problems seriously. But sleep is important like; food and exercise.
